INGREDIENTS
- Torres Alta Luz
- Lime juice
- Pear liqueur
- Apple juice
- Glacé cherries
- A slice of dried orange
ELABORATION
- Add straight to a highball glass (Collins style glass):
- Add 50 ml Torres Alta Luz.
- Add 15 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice.
- Add 15 ml pear liqueur.
- Finish off with apple juice.
- Garnish with a glacé cherry and a slice of dried orange.
